Pet Policy
Lenox 7th is a pet-friendly community! We accept dogs, cats, and service animals. The pet fee is $400 (non-refundable)for one pet or $600 for two pets. We allow 2 pets per home with no weight limit but standard breed restrictions apply. The monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
